This is a demonstration of PasifikiHR. Every employer, job and tender here is fictional, and no application sent through this site reaches a real employer. Please do not enter personal information you would not want on a public website.

What “Approved employer” means

Every employer on PasifikiHR is reviewed by our team before their jobs and tenders are published.

Approved employer

You will see this label beside an employer’s name on job and tender listings.

What we check

Before an employer is approved, an administrator reviews:

  • The company profile they submitted — name, industry, location and contact details.
  • Supporting documents they upload, such as a business registration certificate, business licence or tax clearance.
  • That the organisation appears to be a genuine employer operating in Solomon Islands.

Those documents are private. They are visible only to the employer who uploaded them and to platform administrators — never to job seekers or other employers.

What it does not mean

Approval says an organisation is real and was reviewed. It is deliberately not a broader endorsement, and it is not a guarantee about:

  • Pay, conditions, or how an employer treats staff.
  • Whether a particular vacancy or tender is still genuinely open.
  • The accuracy of every detail in a listing.

Always apply the same care you would offline. Never pay a fee to apply for a job — no legitimate employer on PasifikiHR will ask you to. If something looks wrong, tell us using the support page.

When the badge disappears

The label reflects an employer’s status right now, not when their listing was posted. If an organisation’s approval is withdrawn, the label stops appearing on their listings immediately.

An employer without the label is not necessarily untrustworthy — their review may simply still be in progress.
